All classes may be booked up to SEVEN (7) days in advance, and cancelled not less than TWENTY FOUR (24) HOURS before class commencement.
No show or cancellation of less than TWENTY FOUR (24) HOURS before class commencement will be deducted ONE class entitlement or other penalty.
If you are more than FIVE (5) minutes late for a class, you may be refused to enter the classroom without compensation.
